In this critical position, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of healthcare environments to conduct workflow analysis and data validation, steering clinical transformation strategies and ensuring the success of our initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead conversations on value priorities and put into action the Value Realization Framework and strategy. Use your comprehensive understanding of system workflows and data integration to boost system adoption, streamline processes, and align improvement opportunities with our goals. Craft and share Value Realization success stories to engage both internal and external stakeholders. Evaluate risks linked to clinical workflows impacting key performance indicators and metrics proactively. Capture qualitative value and quick wins alongside quantitative KPI and key result metrics. Assess and recommend enhancements for reports and dashboards to improve operational visibility across various solutions and service areas. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. At least 8 years of progressive experience in clinical settings, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or related healthcare operations. Demonstrated leadership in clinical informatics initiatives, including system design, implementation, and optimization. Extensive collaboration experience with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align health IT systems with patient care needs. Successful management of large-scale EHR/EMR implementations or optimizations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, engaging effectively with clinicians, administrators, and technical staff. Required government security clearance applicable to the position. This role necessitates U.S. citizenship due to client contract obligations. Preferred Qualifications: Board Certification in Clinical Informatics or similar credential. Master's degree or advanced certification in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or related fields. Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR. Additional Expectations: Availability to work additional or irregular hours when necessary, adhering to local regulations. Compliance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, recognizing your role in safeguarding corporate and client assets. Eligibility for licensure to practice in relevant areas or equivalent global training. Willingness to travel up to 50% as required. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between $97,500 and $199,500 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
