Join Zurich North America! We are seeking a dedicated Premium Audit Specialist II to enhance our team! In this role, you will: Plan, organize, and efficiently manage your workload and territory. Provide timely and accurate service to insured clients, agents, and internal partners, ensuring a seamless audit process on moderately complex risks. Enhance communication by providing valuable feedback and information to both internal and external customers. Ensure accurate calculation of audited exposures. Address and resolve any disputes or questions arising from the audit process. Contribute to the training of new auditors. Provide expert technical advice to assist customers in resolving issues or improving their business. Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers. Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide insights on trends to recommend necessary changes. Escalate technical issues as required within the function or unit. Actively listen to customer needs and suggest process or service improvements. Participate in defined short-term projects. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit, or A High School Diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience, or Completion of a Zurich approved Apprenticeship Program with an Associate Degree and 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit. Proficiency in laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices is required. Preferred Qualifications: APA or CPCU designations. Experience with large, multi-state premium audits. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,900.00 - $134,875.00, with potential bonuses and merit increases.
