In this environment, your therapy team works with patients during the most critical phase of their recovery. Over a typical 3-4 week length of stay, your leadership helps guide patients through significant progress toward returning home and reclaiming their independence. Your team treats a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac populations, with therapists seeing 5-6 patients per day. We are seeking a servant leader-someone deeply committed to patient care, team development, and long-term career growth.
