Job Description

Join Our Team as a Lead Project Specialist for Workday Talent and Performance! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead optimization projects that unlock the full potential of the Workday Talent and Performance module. In this role, you will effectively manage resources to deliver top-notch solutions, ensuring that our business processes are aligned with Workday best practices. Key Responsibilities: Drive optimization initiatives that maximize the capabilities of the Workday Talent and Performance module, leading and managing various in-house and external resources. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for Workday implementation projects, participating in and leading kick-off and ongoing project meetings to formulate the best strategic approach. Oversee project tasks and timelines, establish milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress while providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Troubleshoot challenges and propose effective solutions as they arise during the project lifecycle. Support business partners throughout the testing phase to ensure that Talent and Performance functionalities meet their expectations. Create detailed technical specifications for Workday Talent and Performance configurations and integrations. Maintain proactive and clear communication with business partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and enhancement of the Workday Talent and Performance module. Foster alignment around business processes and design, ensuring adherence to Workday Talent and Performance best practices. Analyze the technical impact of backlog resolution and release management activities, providing insights and recommendations to leadership and business partners. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the retail or hospitality operations sector.
