Your Role in Our Team As an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team, you will play a vital role in developing and servicing both new and existing accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will focus on maintaining client relationships, while proactively following up on referrals to ensure comprehensive account coverage. We are looking for individuals who: Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Possess strong time management and organizational skills. Are self-starters with a knack for resourcefulness. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills. Have a keen attention to detail. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? If your background includes the following, we'd love to meet you: A High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of customer service experience in the insurance sector with solid knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages. Experience in both admitted and non-admitted markets alongside various private client policy types. A valid P&C Insurance License (or the capability to obtain it within 90 days). Legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without future sponsorship. Bonus Qualifications While not required, the following will enhance your application: Associates or Bachelor's degree.
