About the Role: As a Senior Consultant and Associate Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services implementations. Utilizing our proven delivery methodology, you will ensure successful project execution while maintaining customer satisfaction. You'll handle a variety of projects simultaneously, managing business requirements, scope, and deliverables through proactive communication and effective troubleshooting. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 3-5 years of experience in Project/Program Management, either in an IT organization or with a consulting firm. Exceptional client-facing skills and a history of building strong relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills, including virtual meetings. Organizational skills with great attention to detail. Expertise in handling escalations and problem resolution. Proven ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders. Self-motivated with minimal guidance needed. Experience with project management tools, particularly Microsoft Project. Background in ERP or CRM implementation, understanding data and integration principles. Formal project management training; PMP certification is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 5+ concurrent projects using our defined methodologies. Plan, manage, and communicate project progress to achieve milestones. Identify and mitigate risks effectively. Resolve issues and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams effectively. Manage project scope, budget, timeline, resources, and quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Work with remote resources, including offshore teams, in a matrix environment.
