Job Description The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Director of Recruiting, plays a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment efforts for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and its subsidiaries. This position focuses on proactively sourcing candidates and establishing a strong talent pipeline to ensure high-quality hires and reduced time-to-fill rates. You will collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Store Managers, Hiring Managers, and the Human Resources Department to streamline the recruitment process. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, with a focus on MIT, Service Manager/Advisor, and Certified Technician positions, through cold calling, networking, and data mining. Influence passive job seekers to explore opportunities within Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Review store positions, plans, and objectives weekly with the Director of Recruiting to meet established recruiting requirements. Assess applicant qualifications by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Coordinate management interviews by scheduling and escorting candidates for site visits as necessary. Assist in planning and executing quarterly open house events and annual career fairs. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with relevant managers. Support the coordination of the pilot Intern Program by conducting orientations and scheduling rotations/assignments. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain candidate engagement from application to hire. Provide updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and escalate any issues as needed. Share market insights and educate managers on current recruitment challenges and trends. Pursue relevant training opportunities and actively engage with professional networking organizations to enhance recruitment strategies. Serve as a brand ambassador for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Qualifications: We are looking for: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a high-volume recruitment environment. A solid understanding of all phases of the recruitment life-cycle. The ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, through staffing strategy development, to final candidate selection and onboarding. Strong self-discipline, an organized approach, effective communication skills, and diligent follow-up. A capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple openings. A results-driven attitude and high motivation levels. Experience working with an ATS. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Products.
