As an intern in Crowe's Audit and Assurance practice, you will gain extensive exposure to the auditing profession alongside experienced audit professionals. This role provides you with the opportunity to strengthen your analytical skills while auditing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes. You will collaborate with a diverse group of talented professionals to ensure exceptional audit service delivery. During your internship, you’ll work with innovative audit tools and technologies that utilize advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process automation to enhance client experiences. You will engage in diverse client assignments across various industries such as manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food and agriculture, insurance, and financial institutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on benefit plan audits, including 401(k), pension, or employee stock ownership plans. Skills and Requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field CPA-eligible (150 credit hours) by graduation Strong academic performance Proficient in Excel Experience in data analytics is highly preferred Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs) Demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with professionals at all levels Willingness to travel We expect candidates to uphold Crowe's core values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, which define our identity.
