Hospitalist Medical Director/Chief of Hospital Medicine

Position Highlights: Balance of responsibilities: Approximately 90% clinical and 10% administrative duties Leadership support: Administrative peer as well as dedicated Associate Medical Director Reporting structure: Reports directly to the Associate Chief Medical Officer Key Responsibilities: Development and oversight of a clinical team structure that meets the needs of our patients, organization, and health care professionals Collaborate with hospital leadership to advance quality initiatives, patient safety, and operational excellence Participate in administrative functions including scheduling, performance management, and program development Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum of 3 years of hospitalist experience, prior leadership experience strongly preferred
