They are building innovative patient care models and scaling operations nationwide. Position Overview: We are seeking board-certified pulmonologists to join a growing outpatient practice. Physicians will focus primarily on outpatient pulmonary medicine, supported by advanced practice providers and clinical staff. Up to three physicians will be hired to expand access to high-quality, technology-driven lung care. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and perform procedures. Conduct an average of 20 patient visits per day, with additional compensation for extra visits. Supervise advanced practice providers and support staff. Build and maintain relationships with local primary care providers. Contribute to technology-enabled care models. Qualifications: Active state license in Georgia, Arizona, or South Carolina, or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Board-certified pulmonologist with pulmonary credentials. 2-20 years of experience in the field. Strong alignment with mission and enthusiasm for integrating technology into care. Excellent communication skills and passion for patient care and diagnosis. Willingness to supervise at least two mid-level healthcare providers. No critical care work; physicians seeking critical care will not be considered. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary of $325,000 with potential to earn up to $675,000. 3% 401(k) match. 3 weeks of vacation plus 9 federal holidays. Comprehensive health insurance. $1,500 annual CME stipend. Medical malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Business liability insurance. Work Schedule: Full-time, in-person position, 5 days per week. Flexibility to work at partner hospitals and locum assignments one week per month to maintain credentials.
