You will expertly manage recipes across five cooking stations, ensuring that all ingredients are prepared to perfection. Adhering to food safety practices and ServSafe standards is essential, and we are looking for someone who embodies a positive attitude, even during peak hours. You will support your fellow cooks and Kitchen Manager, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Job Activities: Set up and stock kitchen stations with essential supplies Prepare food for our delicious breakfast and lunch offerings Cook menu items efficiently while collaborating with the kitchen staff Clean and maintain your station and the kitchen Manage inventory and stock supplies appropriately Ensure high-quality food is served promptly Comply with all nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with coworkers and customers Complete daily and weekly Temperature Logs and Cleaning Checklists Be prepared to take on various roles in the kitchen, including dishwashing when necessary Requirements: Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
