Position: Pest Control Specialist No Experience Required: While prior experience in the Pest Control or Lawn Industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We will provide thorough classroom and field training to ensure you feel equipped to succeed. Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver education and top-notch service to customers during their initial interaction with our company Conduct thorough inspections of residential or commercial properties Present options to customers and explain services to familiarize them with our offerings Perform initial services aimed at curatively or preventatively addressing pest issues Engage with customers to troubleshoot and communicate service details Make interior and exterior applications using liquids, granules, and dusts on residences Manage a 50lb sprayer and utilize a 30ft webber pole along with other equipment Complete data entry and documentation using mobile devices for the services provided Maintain and repair equipment as necessary Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday during the summer peak season Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to comprehend simple safety and regulatory documents Basic mathematical skills A knack for practical problem-solving Willingness to take and pass a series of exams as part of the New Hire Training Program Clean driving record Pass Background Check and Drug Screen Certifications/Licensing: All candidates must possess either an existing license/certification or obtain one with our assistance through training.
