Minimum Qualifications: Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Experience Required: 4 years Proven abilities in managing client needs include: Development and implementation of GenAI and AI solutions, such as analytical model creation, programming in Python, user-friendly communication of results, and collaborative iterative development. Documenting and analyzing business processes to identify AI opportunities, gathering requirements, forming initial hypotheses, and developing solution approaches. Partnering with clients to understand their business challenges and selecting suitable analytical models for AI applications. Designing AI/GenAI architectures tailored for clients, including plugin integrations and bespoke application builds. Processing various data forms as context for large language models, including creating SQL queries and developing database connectors. Overseeing a global data and analytics team’s operations, reviewing models and providing constructive feedback. Guiding data engineers and fellow data scientists to deliver effective solutions. Leading the development of proof-of-concept projects and production use cases in cross-functional teams. Structuring and facilitating client presentations effectively. Coaching and guiding associates’ performance through regular feedback. Expertise in the following areas is preferred: Managing teams focused on AI/GenAI application development. Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks, along with experience in analytical techniques like Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices.
