SMT Machine Operator

Job Summary: Operate electromechanical equipment for assembling electronic circuit boards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawings. Communicate technical data, error reports, and equipment malfunctions to the Quality team and machine support. Perform light maintenance and cleaning on production equipment to ensure smooth operation. Monitor the assembly process and collaborate with machine support to meet defect reduction targets. Report part shortages before and during production runs to avoid delays. Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality standards and ensure accuracy and neatness in work. Work cooperatively with team members, maintaining trust and motivation within the group. Present ideas for improvements to the Team Leader, actively contributing to process enhancements.
