Job Description Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating strong client relationships. Responsibilities Proactively manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, including handling renewals, endorsements, and policy changes Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms on behalf of clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy documentation, and correspondence Stay informed about industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and market conditions to better serve clients Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies and cross-selling opportunities Foster strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry In-depth knowledge of personal insurance products (e.g., auto, home, umbrella) Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage limits, and underwriting guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in utilizing insurance agency management systems and MS Office suite A valid P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license or willingness to obtain one Disclaimer: Please note that this job description may not cover all duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the role, and it is subject to modification at the employer's discretion. #LI-RC1
