Your Opportunity We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager specialized in Energy Storage Solutions. This position goes beyond typical sales roles; it is about innovatively bridging the gap between technology and customer satisfaction. As a pivotal part of our team, you will leverage your technical expertise and market knowledge to design solutions that exceed customer expectations. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive ownership value model that integrates technical, commercial, and market insights. Analyze customer requirements and measure their impact on product value. Proactively seek innovative methods to enhance customer satisfaction through your modeling expertise. Create and deliver persuasive presentations to internal teams, illustrating the value of our offerings. Partner with engineering, program, and production teams to represent customer interests effectively. Monitor industry trends and events to understand their implications for GM's portfolio value. Act as GM's representative at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. Your Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy, product management, or business development. Strong understanding of energy industry fundamentals, including project finance. Proficient in energy market dynamics, ideally with the capability to model values based on system or component specifications. Experience in programming evaluation models, with Python proficiency being a plus. Knowledge of energy cell and system design. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience also acceptable. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from $117,800 to $205,000, influenced by factors such as experience and geographical location. Additionally, you may qualify for a performance-based bonus program and various health and well-being benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans, tuition assistance, and more. This role supports remote work; however, candidates within a specified distance from a GM hub are required to report in-person three times a week, or as directed by management.
