Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician! We invite enthusiastic individuals to apply for the Maintenance Technician position, responsible for ensuring our production and manufacturing equipment operates smoothly. This role involves repairing, installing, and performing routine inspections on our equipment. If you have mechanical experience and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose and repair all production equipment as needed. Conduct breakdown analyses to improve efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Upgrade production lines by implementing new equipment and technology. Collaborate with outside contractors as necessary. Prepare lines for package changeovers efficiently. Adhere to GMP, safety regulations, and audit standards. Work independently with minimal supervision while documenting tasks and schedules. Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Pass a technical assessment that covers essential maintenance knowledge. Experience working with mechanical systems (e.g., gearboxes, chains, motors, etc.). Ability to interpret product manuals for effective repairs. Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns effectively. Proficient in reading mechanical drawings (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics). Preferred Experience: Knowledge of basic electrical systems (e.g., fuses, contacts). Experience with compressors and refrigeration systems. Familiarity with conveyors and their components. Understanding of electrical and electronic systems, including VFDs. Experience with hydraulic systems and troubleshooting. Knowledge of servo motors and intelligent systems. Ability to work in high-speed production settings. Experience with schematics and electrical blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration experience.
