Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing across multiple areas of human resources. The HR Generalist will support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment efforts, compliance initiatives, and organizational development while helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture. This position will work onsite at our production facility within commuting distance of Louisville. Key Responsibilities Administer and support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices Assist with employee investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Support benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational goals Assist with training coordination and HR program implementation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required) Minimum of three (3) years of HR Generalist or related HR experience Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred Experience supporting a multi-department or fast-paced operational environment What We Offer Competitive salary within the range of $80,000 - $95,000 Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and team-oriented workplace
