Job Description: Provide preventive dental care, periodontal therapy, and routine cleanings Perform oral health assessments and screenings Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Educate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habits Collaborate closely with our dentists and clinical team to deliver seamless patient care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Requirements: Current Michigan RDH license Local Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide certification Minimum 1 year of clinical experience What We're Looking For: A hygienist who is confident in their skills and abilities Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain periodontal disease and oral health to patients Someone who can maximize appointment time while delivering thorough, high-quality care Comfort in educating patients and presenting findings to the doctor A professional who can help build a productive hygiene schedule while ensuring patients receive the care they need Schedule: Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Alternating Friday/Saturday Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM What We Offer: $5,000 Signing Bonus Tuition Reimbursements - Up to $10,000 Holiday Pay CE (Continuing Education) Reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with employer matching after 90 days Modern technology and established patient base If you're a compassionate and skilled hygienist who is passionate about patient care, we'd love to meet you!
