Project Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Project Engineer to support an expanding Aftermarket and Sustainment organization within aerospace engine repair and sustainment. This role supports a highdemand team that recently absorbed a project group and is rapidly expanding due to staffing gaps. The Project Engineer will serve as an IPT Lead, running teams of design and structural engineers responsible for highvolume repair development and sustainment activities supporting GTF shop visits. Day to day, this person will manage schedules, priorities, and execution of 3600series repair and service limit tasks, driving closure across multiple workstreams. The work is distinct from modification centers and focuses on onetime concessions, repair solutions, and sustainment instructions rather than new design. The role includes overseeing the creation and maintenance of technical data, repair manuals, and instructions delivered to customers and MRO shops. This engineer will also define and validate serviceable limits, partnering closely with metallurgy and validation teams to ensure repairs meet safety and performance requirements while maintaining original design intent. Collaboration with repair design, structures, program management, chief engineers, validation teams, and ASE customers is critical to success.
