Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Stiles operates regional offices in High Point, North Carolina; North Wales, Pennsylvania; Coppell, Texas; and Rancho Cucamonga, California. Your Responsibilities Install, start up, and educate customers on Stiles technology. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in the field. Document tasks performed, problems encountered, and customer feedback clearly and timely. Suggest enhancements for reliability, performance, and long-term operation. Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical partner rather than a typical service responder. Assist in training customers and fellow Stiles technicians on proper equipment use and maintenance. Maintain showroom equipment and support customer demonstrations as needed. Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge of the technology you work with by collaborating with vendor technicians and experienced Stiles team members. Engage in regional travel averaging four days per week, with overtime and mileage reimbursement. Requirements A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel frequently. A flexible schedule, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Two years of technical schooling in electronics or a similar field, relevant hands-on experience, an associate's degree, or a strong desire to learn. Experience with CNC, PC-based controls, machine service, maintenance, or completion of a Field Service training program is preferred.
