Job Description Join our dynamic team at Oracle Health Government Services as a Federal Change Control Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in managing change requests from our federal clients. Your expertise will ensure that we deliver high-quality, integrated software solutions that meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, Oracle, and third-party vendors to achieve success. Responsibilities Drive all aspects of Federal change requests. Provide clear guidance to requestors regarding necessary documentation and requirements. Coordinate and organize change requests within the Federal Change control ITSM tool: SDLC. Guide clients during the change review process before and during Change Control Board meetings. Facilitate Vendor Partner Change Control Board (VPCCB) voting. Support continuous process improvement in change control. Track and organize documentation as change requests progress through the approval pipeline. Assist with weekly updates on change requests to various levels of leadership. Schedule and participate in change control meetings as needed. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prioritize work efficiently. Create and manage project plans for integrated master schedules, including budgets, structure, schedule, and staffing needs. Monitor and report progress and changes against plans. Drive implementation by offering vision and direction. Disclaimer: Certain client-facing roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates. Range and Benefits: The hiring range starts from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour, equating to $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. Depending on eligibility, you may also receive bonus and equity options.
