This designer will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver innovative retail and brand experiences, ensuring creative intent, timelines, and budgets are met. We seek a passionate, agile thinker who thrives on pushing boundaries and crafting immersive consumer experiences. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field. 8+ years in architectural, experiential, or brand design ( retail industry experience is must). Expertise in utoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. Strong leadership in managing multiple projects and guiding design teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. International experience is a plus. Deep understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and spatial storytelling. Core Responsibilities: Develop and refine design components for immersive retail spaces, aligning with global creative vision. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on-brand, on-budget design solutions. Present concepts via 3D models, 2D drawings, and compelling visual presentations.
