We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to lead our water and wastewater services in the Ft. Myers area. In this role, you will manage and coordinate various multi-disciplinary teams focused on large-scale water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects. Your contributions will be vital to delivering high-quality services in modeling, master planning, design, and construction administration. Your responsibilities will include: Leading multi-discipline projects from initial concept to detailed design and construction phases. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and municipal clients in the Ft. Myers and SW Florida regions. Managing project teams effectively, collaborating with specialists, team members, and delivery managers. Assisting in preparing design drawings and specifications. Monitoring and managing project budgets and timelines while mitigating risks. Conducting high-level planning and programming analysis and preparing technical documents/reports. Engaging actively with professional societies relevant to our clients and future clients. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of related experience. PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification required within the first year of employment. Domestic and international travel may be necessary depending on project demands. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering. Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain within one year. Excellent communication skills with internal and external clients. Proven experience in leading and delivering medium to large-scale wastewater or water treatment projects in SW Florida. Leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills with a dedication to excellence. Master's Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
