School Event Planner

In this role, you will: Plan and coordinate preschool events, including family nights, celebrations, fundraisers, and holiday eventsDevelop event timelines, checklists, and detailed supply listsCoordinate with vendors, volunteers, and internal staff to ensure smooth executionSupport family engagement and community outreach initiativesAssist with event communication, including flyers, emails, and event sign-upsEnsure all events align with health, safety, and licensing standardsTrack event participation and prepare brief post-event summariesMaintain and manage an organized events calendar We're looking for someone interested in a part-time, Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
