Education A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health degree, alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
