Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking. Experience in apparel, footwear, retail, merchandising, or consumer-facing industries. Proven success leading complex strategic projects from problem definition to execution. Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence without authority. Excellent verbal and written communication and storytelling skills. dvanced presentation skills with proficiency in Keynote or PowerPoint.
