Senior Project Manager for Federal Programs

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Federal Programs who will play a pivotal role in the VA Electronic Medical Record Health Modernization Program. In this role, you will lead project management tasks critical for the successful delivery of complex Task Orders. As an accomplished project management professional, you will leverage your understanding of industry best practices to ensure high-quality solutions come to fruition on time and within budget. You will utilize your independent judgment to manage activities associated with large-scale client implementations, analyzing business needs to align Oracle's solutions with customer objectives. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assisting the Task Order Owner and Lead Project Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of intricate task orders. Monitoring project scope and financial commitments to align with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Managing scope across large-scale, multi-site projects with diverse complexities. Overseeing staff levels to ensure they meet project schedules. Supports third-party supplier contracts to guarantee alignment with staffing and resource needs. Analyzing forecasted hours, actuals, and variances, identifying and addressing any discrepancies proactively. Auditing travel expenses for compliance with GSA rates and company policies. Documenting lessons learned to facilitate ongoing process improvements. Maintaining strong relationships with clients to manage their expectations effectively. Coordinating with subject matter experts to create and update contractual deliverables that meet stakeholder standards. Initiating and gathering details for Work at Risk approvals. Proactively managing risks and issues in collaboration with your delivery team. Monitoring the Integrated Master Schedule, addressing potential delays, and facilitating follow-ups as necessary. Supporting Monthly Performance Management meetings with clients to discuss project status.
