About the Ethics & Compliance Team The Ethics & Compliance team is dedicated to promoting a culture of ethical behavior and ensuring adherence to compliance throughout the organization. Our team develops innovative strategies and processes to raise awareness, educate employees, and address ethics and compliance issues effectively. Maintain a customer-focused approach and the ability to drive multiple urgent projects. Your Responsibilities Demonstrate a thorough understanding and effective implementation of essential compliance program components. Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations, including the Federal and State Anti-Kickback Statutes, False Claims Act, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Organize, develop, or source vital training programs tailored to compliance risks and regulatory standards. Support a robust information governance program, ensuring compliance with records retention policies and procedures. Enhance and oversee a global compliance training initiative, emphasizing adaptive, scenario-based learning and awareness campaigns. Research and implement current training methodologies and best practices in compliance education. Coordinate a global Compliance Week, engaging employees through speakers, activities, and events. Collaborate with the communications team to develop engaging intranet content, awareness initiatives, and informative communications. Manage a comprehensive risk assessment program that identifies and prioritizes compliance risks. Oversee ethics and compliance policies, ensuring regular reviews, updates, alignment with acquisitions, and effective retention strategies. Lead the auditing and monitoring program within the Compliance Center of Excellence, applying a risk-based approach to compliance mandates. Qualifications Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent experience. Preferably have 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance roles. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements is advantageous.
