Education A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation encouraged. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment. Maintain your certification throughout your employment with us.
