Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on aluminum materials Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Weld thin-gauge aluminum with precision and consistency Prep materials, fit components, and finish welds to quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Work with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines Requirements: Proven TIG welding experience on aluminum Ability to pass a weld test Experience reading blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Schedule & Pay: Full-time, day shift Pay based on experience (competitive rates) Why This Role?
