Key Responsibilities of the Medical Sales Representative Include: Enhancing your selling skills and product knowledge through training, collaboration with managers, and reviewing information from the product management team. Engaging with healthcare providers in your territory to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value-added programs of our products, ultimately growing market share. Utilizing a consultative selling approach, incorporating promotional literature and tools such as Excel reports and usage analytics during sales calls. Building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff to drive business success. Basic Requirements for the Medical Sales Representative Position: Authorization for employment in the United States. Valid driver's license. Proven track record in business-to-business sales. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential. Ability to manage a physician-focused customer base effectively. Skills to relay clinically based evidence to healthcare professionals. Willingness to keep up-to-date with evolving medical knowledge and data.
