As a Center Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing a successful early childhood education center. Requirements: • A creative and driven spirit, and a commitment to doing whatever it takes for the success of your school • Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field • 3+ years of leadership experience in a licensed child care facility • Experience in opening and launching new child care centers • Proven ability to hire, train, and develop a team • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools • Knowledge of state childcare regulations and licensing requirements If you're passionate about early childhood education and excited to lead and grow a new center, we want to meet you!
