Responsibilities: Execute routine maintenance on chiller systems to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency. Conduct preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, and auxiliary equipment. Diagnose and repair issues in chiller systems utilizing your expertise in refrigeration principles and electrical schematics. Oversee chiller/BAS (Building Automation System) integration. Perform start-up procedures, troubleshooting, and disassembly/reassembly of chiller units. Provide mentorship to fellow technicians in various aspects of chiller maintenance and repair. Qualifications: 5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Unwavering commitment to safety. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: Journeyman status or equivalent work/military experience. Experience with HVAC systems or water chillers. Universal EPA refrigerants license.
