As a Senior Manager in the Selling Partner Services (SPS) Machine Learning Accelerator (MLA) team, you will lead a group of scientists to research and prototype advanced Machine Learning applications addressing strategic business challenges across SPS domains. Collaborating closely with engineers and business partners, you will design and implement scalable solutions that benefit the entire SPS organization. Your responsibilities will include: Developing large-scale solutions for impactful projects. Introducing tools and techniques to tackle problems from various perspectives. Influencing the technical strategy of the team through insightful contributions to priorities, approaches, and planning. Mentoring junior team members and participating in hiring efforts. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Operations Research, or a similar highly quantitative field. 8+ years of experience in relevant scientific domains, including 4+ years in a management role. 4+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and large data analysis. Broad knowledge of machine learning with a strong depth of understanding. Proficiency in Spark, Python, Perl, or other statistical/mathematical software. Experience with neural deep learning methods. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related highly quantitative field. 8+ years of experience in relevant scientific domains, including at least 6 years managing science and engineering teams. 6+ years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling and large data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong data presentation abilities. Expertise in large language models or the ability to quickly develop this expertise. The salary ranges from $196,900 to $340,300 annually, with additional forms of compensation available as part of the total package, alongside comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits.
