Services Include: Program Consulting Finance Consulting and Billing Services Applied Technology Outsourcing and Operations Strategy Project and Grants Management Assessments and Feasibility Studies We are seeking an Operations Analyst II to lead team members in managing the day-to-day aspects of case development and benefits management activities. This role is critical for ensuring work quality, keeping policies and procedures updated, and providing training and development support to the staff. Beyond team leadership, you will play an essential role in project management. The Operations Analyst II will be the primary contact for state clients, facilitate client meetings, oversee contract reporting, and guide the project team to fulfill all contract deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Staff Management: Supervise staff engaged in case development and benefits management. Monitor performance to ensure accuracy, timely outputs, and adherence to quality standards. Provide coaching and training for professional development. Maintain and revise project policies, procedures, and workflow documentation. Quality Assurance: Review work outputs to ensure compliance with project and Social Security Administration standards. Implement quality-control processes and corrective measures as necessary. Project & Client Management: Act as the main liaison for the state client, cultivating strong relationships and clear lines of communication. Prepare, lead, and document client meetings and discussions. Oversee contract reporting, data tracking, and timely submission of required deliverables. Support general project management activities to help the team meet contractual obligations. Provide regular updates on project performance to senior leadership. Required Skills: Proven ability to supervise and develop staff. Strong skills in performance management, including feedback provision and quality reviews. Capable of leading a team toward contractual goals and production targets. Effective at managing timelines, deliverables, and contract requirements. Excellent organizational and planning skills to facilitate project operations. Experience in preparing reports, tracking metrics, and managing project meetings. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Client-facing skills, including meeting facilitation and professional correspondence. Ability to clarify complex information for staff, leadership, and clients. Expertise in reviewing work for accuracy and compliance. Ability to create, document, and update policies and procedures. Analytical skills to identify performance trends and address gaps. Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently. Sound judgment in decision-making and prioritizing work aligned with policy. Soft Skills: High attention to detail. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and collaborative work style. Bonus Skills: Familiarity with benefits eligibility, medical documentation, and SSA policies. Knowledge of Social Security Disability programs (SSI/SSDI) and case advocacy processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or three years of relevant supervisory and project oversight experience. Experience: Solid background in supervising teams and staff development, with experience in Social Security disability advocacy, claims management, and the human services sector. WORKING CONDITIONS: Remote work from home. Compensation: The compensation for this position ranges from $47,000 to $75,000, dependent on various factors including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, PCG offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
