Product Management Expert This position offers the flexibility of remote work. We are looking for a passionate Product Management Expert to lead the Workday Performance Module project. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering, optimizing, and scaling Workday functionalities to align with our HR technology strategy, ensuring readiness for upcoming performance cycles. Please be aware that candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis to meet client requirements. Compensation: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. on a W2 basis Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement the vision and roadmap for Workday Performance to achieve HR goals. Oversee features developed through Workday Extend and the core Workday modules. Gather business requirements and convert them into actionable user stories. Facilitate grooming sessions with stakeholders and technical teams to enhance collaboration. Analyze data dependencies and their implications across HR systems. Ensure compliance and integrity of performance-related data throughout the process. Validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and support scalability. Identify operational gaps and recommend enhancements for improvement. Manage feedback post-pilot phase and implement necessary refinements. Prepare for a go-live in February by closely monitoring the cycle in January and the mid-year review in July. Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to drive user adoption and maintain effective communication. Act as the primary point of contact for all performance management processes. Evaluate system performance after launch and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. Experience Requirements: Demonstrated success as a Product Manager in HR technology or enterprise SaaS domains. Proficient in requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills to assess scalability and data impacts thoroughly. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Confident leadership skills to navigate complex HR processes effectively. Experience with Workday Performance and Workday Extend is advantageous. Familiarity with performance cycles, especially mid-year and year-end processes, is a plus. A background in HR technology implementations is highly preferred.
