High school diploma or GED required. Successful completion of a criminal background check. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Job Duties: Provide ABA therapy to clients with autism in both individual and group settings. Collect data on client progress, including SOAP notes. Implement personalized treatment plans for clients with autism. Respect and maintain confidentiality for all clients. Support caregivers through parent training objectives. Ensure client safety and well-being during sessions, especially in crisis situations. Other duties as assigned by ABT administration.
