Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for an Fertility Registered Nurse Case Managerto join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinoisin River North Chicago, Illinois. Schedule: The schedule will vary as needed; weekday and weekend availability. Compensation: $33 to $36 per hour (commensurate with experience) This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day. In this role, the Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager will: Work closely with physicians and staff to provide exceptional, compassionate patient care Coordinate all aspects of patient care through evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy Collaborate with Third Party Reproduction Coordinators for cases where a donor or gestational carrier/surrogate is needed Collaborate with financial coordinators, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others as necessary to coordinate patient's complete care and service Perform phlebotomy and process/send out labs as needed Perform procedures within the RN scope of practice and company policies Assist with other office duties as needed What You'll Bring We're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience-individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
