CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Treat all clients and staff with dignity and respect while supervising kitchen operations in accordance with facility policies and Department of Health regulations. Prepare and serve timely, nutritious meals following dietitian-approved menus, portion control standards, and School Lunch Program guidelines. Manage food service operations, including ordering (1-3 times weekly), inventory control, proper storage, and budget monitoring. Ensure compliance with all sanitation, safety, and operational requirements for kitchen activities. CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must hold and provide at minimum High School Diploma or GED 1 - 2 years' professional experience with food preparation and/or culinary experience 1 - 2 years' professional experience working within behavioral health, outpatient, residential, hospital, and/or mental health settings a huge plus!
