Grocery E-Commerce Order Coordinator

You will be instrumental in selecting and gathering products for our customers' online orders while ensuring that every item meets our freshness and quality standards. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Select and gather items for customers' online orders with efficiency and attention to detail. Assemble online orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver orders directly to customers' vehicles upon their arrival. Uphold high standards of product quality and freshness during the selection and packing process. Engage in clear and effective communication with customers regarding any necessary substitutions or exceptions during order pick-up. Utilize portable communication devices to assist customers promptly and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas and with equipment. Contribute to the training of new e-Commerce team members while ensuring productivity remains high. Adhere strictly to food safety regulations, procedures, and company guidelines. Provide exceptional service to all customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. This role requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment, respectful and honest customer interactions, and careful adherence to instructions. You will also have opportunities for personal and professional growth within our company. Qualifications Minimum Position Qualifications: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in reading shelf tags and possess basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience: Experience in personal shopping or a retail/warehouse environment, including cashier roles.
