Job Title: Nursing Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: $1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 paid upon hire and $500 after 90 days of employment Position Summary As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home care services. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant in accordance with state regulations and Medicaid requirements. You will handle the completion and review of assessments, care plans, and supervise visits while maintaining the integrity of our services. Key Responsibilities Clinical Documentation & Oversight Perform initial and renewal assessments following all regulatory timelines. Update and review individualized care plans to meet patient needs. Ensure accuracy and compliance in care delivery documentation. Identify any documentation issues and provide constructive feedback. Supervisory & Clinical Responsibilities Conduct necessary supervisory visits as per state and Medicaid regulations. Evaluate nursing and personal care services for quality assurance. Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate with appropriate team members. Educate and support caregivers and field staff when needed. Ensure services align with the approved care plan. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance Maintain compliance with all state and agency documentation standards. Engage in internal audits and quality assurance initiatives. Help develop and implement corrective action plans when needed. Prepare the agency for audits and regulatory surveys. Qualifications Licensure & Certifications Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia. BLS certification required. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Current TB screening. Experience Preferred experience in adult home care or home health nursing. Experience in clinical assessments and care plan reviews. Supervisory visit experience is a plus. Knowledge of Medicaid and home care regulations is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Communication Proficient in reading clinical documentation and regulations. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Able to provide clear, professional feedback regarding care delivery. Professional & Organizational Skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
