Job Overview We are excited to welcome a Vending Machine Operations Specialist to our North American Retail Business team! In this dynamic role, you will manage and operate our innovative vending machine (RoboShop) while ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will also provide support for store merchandising and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management of Robo Shop, including product restocking, sanitation, and addressing customer inquiries to achieve performance goals. Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management and product distribution. Support the development manager with the leasing process and documentation related to Robo Shop contracts. Provide assistance to store sales teams in the NYC area as needed. Perform additional duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D., or minimum 6 months of experience in retail or a related field. A positive attitude and strong communication skills. A keen sense of urgency and attention to detail. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Fluency in additional languages is a plus. A valid driver's license or access to a vehicle is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Transportation is essential for this role, as it requires commuting.
