About the job Post Tension Estimator / Detailer We are looking for someone who is organized, structured, has a strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Detailing Estimating Shop Drawings Entry Level Project Managing Order Taking Customer Service Skills and Abilities Working AutoCAD knowledge, a plus Shear 97 or ASA knowledge Detail oriented Self-motivated and self-starter Must have excellent verbal and communication skills Effectively communicate issues to the management team Dependable Must have a sense of urgency about each task at hand On screen take-off knowledge a plus MUST HAVE: Experience in estimating and detailing small to medium sized residential and commercial construction projects and generally helping to manage the ongoing projects. Experience in Detailing, Estimating, Shop Drawings, Order Taking and Customer Service. NICE TO HAVE: Working AutoCAD knowledge, a plus Shear 97 or ASA knowledge On screen take-off knowledge a plus
