Responsibilities of the Field Construction Superintendent Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Guide field personnel to ensure project completion meets scheduled deadlines. Maintain daily communication regarding project statuses with project managers and administrative staff. Develop and update project timelines to ensure timely delivery. Assess the performance and effectiveness of field staff and crews. Prepare daily reports and complete job site timesheets. Participate in on-site and off-site meetings as required. Advocate for and enforce safety practices and procedures throughout the project site. Qualifications for the Field Construction Superintendent Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role. Experience with commercial, industrial, private, or public sector projects. Demonstrated history of successfully managing projects. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents effectively. Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus. Strong team-oriented mindset. Proven ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the public.
