Consider this opportunity to join our Identity and Access Management (I&AM) Security team at Accenture, part of a global network of over 2,000 security experts across 47 countries. Your Expertise As an Identity & Access Management (I&AM) Security Lead, you'll be responsible for: Developing tools for SailPoint migration, incorporating AI enhancements when possible. Designing, building, testing, packaging, and supporting migration tools. Improving tools based on feedback from delivery teams. Conducting enablement calls to optimize the use of SailPoint migration tools and gather enhancement requests. Collaborating with SailPoint alliance leads, IAM leads, and security sales teams to promote tool usage and streamline migration project timelines. Providing updates on tool development and usage, including metrics that demonstrate ROI. Building knowledge capital through research and development, leveraging industry insights to provide exceptional expertise to clients. Contributing to the growth of Accenture Security across North America through thought leadership and innovation. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years). For those with an Associate's degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is needed. At least 5 years of experience in developing similar solutions, including designing and architecting based on client needs. A minimum of 7 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role. A minimum of 5 years proven experience in managing and scaling software products (SaaS, mobile, platform, etc.). A strong track record of successfully launching and delivering impactful products. Deep understanding of product discovery, user journey mapping, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle management. Experience with agile methodologies and product development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Notion). Demonstrated success in building and scaling SaaS products with a focus on customer experience and operational efficiency. Solid understanding of cloud-based systems and integrations (e.g., APIs, microservices architecture). Analytical and data-driven, with a passion for testing, performance metrics, and gathering user feedback. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to IAM practitioners and experts. Experience leading remote or globally distributed product teams. Ability to influence and collaborate across different time zones and cultures. Previous experience serving C-Level clients as a Product Manager. Industry-recognized Product Manager or Scrum Master certifications. Compensation at Accenture is determined based on various factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience level.
