Commercial Plumbing Technician

Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures. Diagnose plumbing issues and perform timely repairs or replacements. Supervise apprentices and subcontractors as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards. Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and leadership. Coordinate materials and labor to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Requirements: 3-5 years of commercial plumbing experience required. High school diploma or GED; trade school or formal plumbing training preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing manual labor. Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills. Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and systems.
