You may serve patients living in single or multi-family homes, assisted living facilities, independent living communities, or memory care environments. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication challenges, voice disorders, and those needing alternative communication methods. At Enhabit, you will frequently work with patients who have experienced strokes or have progressive conditions such as Parkinson's disease and dementia. Qualifications Must possess a valid state driver's license. Must have automobile liability insurance. Must wear seat belts at all times while driving. Reliable transportation in good working condition. Ability to drive in all weather conditions. Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.
