This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our growing firm. You will lead financial operations and ensure the implementation of best practices across multiple entities. Your expertise will facilitate audits, reporting, and effective partnerships with fund administrators. In this role, you'll play an integral part in structuring funds, managing co-investment programs, and conducting due diligence for our Limited Partners. You will also be responsible for establishing and overseeing operational policies, compliance measures, and valuation standards that align with our strategic goals. Working closely with our engineering team, you will enhance our systems and streamline data processes to optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in investment management, with a strong focus on fund mechanics, reporting, and compliance. A successful track record in leading finance and operations functions is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with Investor Relations teams to enhance fund structures and investor engagement. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, as you will mentor a talented team and drive continuous improvement across workflows.
