Job Overview The Life Insurance Consulting Lead plays a crucial role in shaping innovative solutions for our clients in the life and annuity sectors. This position demands a blend of delivery leadership and deep expertise in the latest trends, technologies, and operating models within the insurance industry. You will harness the power of AI to improve operational processes and create valuable solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address moderately complex challenges. Align your work with the strategic objectives defined by senior leadership. Make informed judgments to devise solutions; seek guidance for intricate issues. Engage regularly with supervisors and collaborate with client and Accenture leadership. Innovate and develop new ideas that can evolve into market-ready offerings. Define and refine methods and procedures for new assignments, with guidance. Manage small teams or projects, either on client sites or within Accenture. Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional client value at the intersection of business and technology. Oversee product management or owner duties within consulting and technology projects. Be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time. Basic Qualifications: At least 7 years of consulting or industry experience with life and annuity carriers focusing on technology implementations and/or business process design. A minimum of 3 years working within agile delivery methodologies, with experience as a product manager or owner. Demonstrated ability to identify, cultivate, and lead consulting engagements in the insurance sector. Exceptional problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for claims-related challenges. Foundational understanding of AI and its application in the life and annuities domain, including automation and predictive analytics. Capability to design AI-integrated workflows, collaborating effectively with tech teams to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
